FilmQuest 2020/2021 kicks off today! The festival was originally supposed to take place in 2020 but was postponed because of you-know-what.
We’d like to send out a congratulations to all of the other filmmakers whose films are Official Selections this year! Also, a big congrats to Jonathan Martin, the festival runner, for making it through these crazy times!

We just received our Official Laurels for the upcoming Fantaspoa Film Festival! Our film, Danger! Danger! will be making its South American Debut at the Film Festival in Brazil.
Danger! Danger! is the second feature film from Nick + Lexie and is a love letter to the Spielberg movies of the 1980s like Indiana Jones, The Goonies, and Back to the Future, the very films that made them want to be filmmakers in the first place. The film stars Benedict Mazurek, Paul Haapaniemi, Angela Smeraldi, Alexandra Keller, with Matt Boone and Alexander Harris.

Danger! Danger! is making its South American Premiere. The film will screen at Fantaspoa, Latin America’s Biggest Genre Film Festival!
The Fantaspoa International Fantastic Film Festival was voted one of the top 50 Best Genre Film Festivals in the world by MovieMaker Magazine!
The festival will be held in Brazil on April 9.

We’re SO excited to announce that Danger! Danger! received 7 Award Nominations yesterday at FilmQuest!
The film received the Best Ensemble Cast Nomination, Best Filmmaker Nomination, Best Lead Actor for Benedict Mazurek, Best Supporting Actress for Alexandra Keller, Best Sound, Best Score, and Best Visual Effects!!
And Lexie Trivundza received the Minerva Award Nomination for Best Female Filmmaker!!

Utah’s FilmQuest film festival, which “celebrates the majesty of genre filmmaking in the realms of fantasy, horror, sci-fi, and the beyond,” has selected an entry from the directing duo of Nick and Lexie Trivundza for the sixth time with the feature film Danger! Danger!

We are beyond excited to announce that Danger! Danger! will be making it’s encore screening at this year’s FilmQuest!
FilmQuest has been voted one of the best Film Festivals in the world and we agree. It’s one of the coolest festivals we’ve ever attended!
Over the years our short films, The Umbrella Factory, Jack the Ripper, Haunting of the White Sparrow, and Around the World in 80 Days, have all screened at the festival and the original screenplay for The West and the Ruthless placed as well with a nice mention over on Geek Tyrant.
We are SO excited to have Danger! Danger! grab those Cthulhu laurels as well!
