A few weeks back we were showing off some of the recent graffiti work created here at the studio and we’re pleased to say that one of the pieces, Tree of Krlyon (named after the currently preferred spray paint) painted by Lexie Findarle Trivundza, will be on display at the 24th Annual Emeryville Art Exhibition this October. The Opening Reception will be on 10/1/10. Hope to see you there!

So excited to finally let everyone know that we were an official nominee at the Long Island International Film Festival for best animation on behalf of our short film adaptation for Little Red Riding Hood.

It’s an absolute pleasure to be nominated by such an amazing festival. Having attended quite a few and have had films selected for others, LIFTF is one of the most organized and efficient festivals on the planet. Major props to their management and their passion for film!

Long Island Film Festival

If you happen to be in the area, our short film adaptation of Little Red Riding Hood will be playing at the Long Island Film Festival. From what I’ve been told we may even be nominated for an award or two. We’ll have to wait and find out, but if you’re around you could always attend the festival as our rep and let us know for sure!

Sensored on DVD

If you haven’t noticed, we’re big fans of Vimeo. Over on Vimeo there is a new channel just for Main Titles. Our opening credits to the Thriller Sensored were just added to the mix. Go check it out! Vimeo: Main Titles http://vimeo.com/channels/maintitles

Also, speaking of Sensored, go grab a copy of it right now on Blu-Ray or DVD.

Amazon Store: http://www.amazon.com/Sensored-Robert-Picardo/dp/B0030Y122S/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1270694187&sr=8-1

If you are not familiar with Sensored, the thriller stars Robert Picardo as a children’s book author tormented by his inner demons. The twist and turns don’t stop until the very last frame of the film. Naissance handled the titles and a hand full of special effects in the film itself.
